The ZZ9000 is a Zorro expansion card for the Amiga and the official successor to the legendary VA2000 graphics cards. However, it can do significantly more than just graphics. Based on the Xilinx ZYNQ XC7Z020 chip, it not only has a powerful 7-series FPGA, but also 2 ARM Cortex-A9 cores and DDR3 memory. These components make it a multifunctional card: it offers the functionalities of a flickerfixer/scandoubler, a coprocessor to relieve certain computing operations (for e.g. decoding JPG, MP3 etc.), a gfx expansion of 1 GB DDR3-Ram, a network card and USB interfaces.
