LARP is satire. It is a joke about wash trading, round-tripping, and circular revenue. No money moves anywhere on this site, no accounts are real, and nothing here should ever be sent to an actual investor, lender, or auditor. Doing the real version of this to raise money is securities fraud, and the punchline is that the fake version and the "strategic partnership" version are separated mostly by vibes, scale, and whether a bank structured it.

The actual economics: revenue double-counts beautifully — two companies wiring each other $100 in a loop can each book $100 every lap, minting infinite "ARR" from one real bill. Value added — what an economy is actually measured by — does not. The gap between those two numbers is the whole bit.
